When you open an account, we will ask for your legal name, physical address, and other information that will allow us to identify you, including your social security card and two other forms of identification. Verify the identity of any person opening an account (which includes Trust, Investments, Safe Deposit, Loans and Deposit Accounts). Obtain your name, address, date of birth, and identification number Maintain records of the information used to verify the person's identity including name, address and other identifying means. Premier Federal Credit Union will follow this law by obtaining picture identification and verifying other information obtained. In some cases, identification will be requested for those with relationships with Premier Federal Credit Union prior to October 1, 2003 because original documentation was not obtained with the opening of the account.
