How to Join Premier Federal Credit Union

Individual Membership


Individuals interested in joining Premier have four ways to qualify for membership:  through an employer, immediate family member, common household or based on where you live and work:

  

Employer Requirements

We are proud to serve companies in North and South Carolina. Check here to view a listing of all the companies we serve (PDF). If you work for or receive a retirement pension from one of these companies, then you qualify as a potential member.  To find out if your business or institution is eligible, call us at 800.873.2929 or e-mail us.

Immediate Family Member Requirements

If your immediate family member is a participating member of the credit union or is someone who works for one of our sponsor companies then you qualify as a potential member.

Immediate family member is defined as: parent, spouse, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild (also including stepparents, stepchildren, stepsibling and adoptive relationships). You are also eligible if you are residing at the same address as a current member.

 

Community Requirements

If you live or work in Kings Mountain, NC or in a defined area in Forest City, NC* you would qualify for potential membership.
